Built around one idea: measure it right, fit it right
We started as a small measuring-and-fitting crew working directly with Dubai homeowners, at a time when most blinds in the city were ordered sight-unseen through a showroom and fitted by whichever subcontractor was free that week. We built the business around a simpler idea: the person who measures your window should be accountable for how the finished blind actually fits it.
Today that means every fabric, mechanism and motor we sell is fitted by our own trained team — not outsourced — and every quote starts with a free, in-home measurement rather than a guess from a floor plan. It's a slower way to grow a business than franchising out installation, but it's the reason our repeat and referral rate has stayed high as we've expanded across the city.
